Wonderful and loving Grandma of Anthony and Monique, Catherine and Gregory. A courageous and patient sufferer at rest. Kathleen's family wishes to sincerely thank Dr. Gadd and the staff of the RAH for their attention. The most beautiful woman we ever knew. A Mother, Mother-in-law and Grandma who was a life long friend. Rest in peace.
