Engagement Announced
At Birthday Dance A dance was held at Trewinslo, Wootoona terrace, St. George's, the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. James, to celebrate the coming of age of their daughter, Lorna. During the evening Miss James's engagement was announced to Mr. Ira Toop, of Windsor road, Glenunga. Miss James wore a rose pink taffeta frock with pink roses outlining the neck. The hostess was gowned in a tan silk frock with full lace sleeves, and wore a shoulder spray of autumn flowers.
