O'KEEFE, Thomas Sylvester (Tom). Formery of Swan Reach Passed away peacefully at the Hahndorf Residential Care on March 31, 2016. Aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Marion. Much loved father of Rex, Christine, Elizabeth, Ross, Kathryn, Francine (deceased) and their partners. Loving grandfather and great-grandfather of all his family. At Peace.
