BILNEY.-On the 6th October, at his residence Kangarilla, George Bilney, aged 81, arrived in the ship Duke of Wellington, 1849, leaving a wife, two sons, two daughters, 14 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren. Norfolk Wisbich papers please copy.

GEORGE BILNEY, Deceased. - Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1838, NOTICE is hereby given that all CREDITORS and other Persons having any Claim against the Estate of George Bilney, late of Kangarilla, deceased, who died on the sixth day of October, 1896, to William Threadgold, of Kangarilla, Gentleman, and David Tester, of Kangarilla, Blacksmiths, the Executors of the Will of the said George Bilney, deceased, FULL PARTICULARS of their CLAIMS, after which date the Executors will be at liberty to distribute the Assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Claims of which they then shall have had notice.
