FILSELL, Owen Holbrook Of Blackwood. Passed peacefully at Resthaven, Bellevue Heights on March 16, 2019. Loved by his wife, Rosemary and their children, Christine, Sue, Peter and their families. Thank you to all the staff at Resthaven, Bellevue Heights and Marion, for all their care and support.
