BILNEY.-On the 17th Angust, at Clarendon, Mary, the beloved wife of Joseph Bilney, aged 68 years.

Mrs. J. Bilney
Mrs. J. Bilney, who died recently at the Clarendon Hospital, was born at Echunga on June 7, 1869. She was the second daughter of the late John and Margaret Cooper, and was married in Adelaide in 1889 to Mr. Joseph Bilney, of Kangarilla. The early part of their' married life was spent on a station near Beltana. Illi-health necessitated a move south and they went to reside at Kangarilla, where Mrs. Bilney lived until shortly before her death. The eldest son, Harry, was killed in the Great War in 1916. A husband and six daughters and one son survive. They are Mrs. M.R. Gilbertson, of Morphett Vale, Mrs. A.W. Thorpe and Mrs. W.O.S. Turner, of Kangarilla, and Misses Pearl Reatha and Ivena Bilney, also of Kangarilla. There are also nine grandchildren.
Mary married Joseph Arthur BILNEY [7317] [MRIN: 2534], son of Daniel BILNEY [15339] and Mary Ann HOLDER [15340], circa 1889 in Adelaide, South Australia. (Joseph Arthur BILNEY [7317] was born on 19 Dec 1869 in Kangarilla, South Australia and died on 26 Dec 1950 in Kangarilla, South Australia.)
