Will bequest challenged:
A Brighton woman claimed in the Supreme Court today that she was entitled to more than a life interest in a house and a £312 annuity from her husband's £14,000 estate. She is Mrs. Laura Robina Caldicott, of Esplanade, Brighton. She asked Mr. Justice Ross for further provision from the estate of her husband, Clive James Caldicott, wholesale merchant, who died on June 20, 1952. Mr. R. F. Newman with, Mr. D. R. Newman, appeared for Mrs. Caldicott; Mr. R. M. Irwin for six children of the testator by a former marriage; and Mr. J. J. Redman for Elders Trustee & Executor Co. (Proceeding)
