Condition of Lloyd Frank Caldicott, 22, truck driver, of Ballara street, Mile End, who was admitted to Royal Adelaide Hospital last night with a bullet wound in the abdomen, was given today as serious. Caldicott was accidentally shot while being shown a .45 revolver.

Questions Over Will
Elder's Trustee and Executor Co. Ltd., of Currie street, Adelaide, executor of' Clive James Caldicott, merchant, of Esplanade, Brighton, who died on June 20, 1952, sought directions as to the disposal of certain sums of money and as to the, method of administering his May 13, 1952, will. Questions were: - 1. Whether a sum of £73 delivered by deceased to his son Lloyd Frank Caldicott on June 20, 1952, with instructions to pay it into a bank account of the deceased as trustee for his wife formed part of his estate; 2. Whether a sum of £537 delivered to the son the same day with instructions to pay it into a business account was part of the assets of the deceased's business and passed under a bequest of the business. There were also a number of ancillary questions. Defendants were his widow Laura Robina Caldicott, and four sons. Mr. J. P. Astley for the executor; Mr. J. F. Brazel for the widow; Mr. R. N. Irwin for the sons. Part heard and adjourned to a date to be fixed.
