Muecke-Bails Wedding At School Chapel This Afternoon:
Following the traditional custom of having "something old" in her bridal outfit, Miss June Bails wore a sprig of white lilac, 56 years old, from the wedding wreath of her grandmother, and a tiny piece of orange blossom from her mother's chaplet at her marriage this afternoon.
SHE is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Bails, of Grant avenue, Toorak, and the bridegroom, Mr. James Sunter Muecke, is the third son of Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Mueck.e, of Portrush road, Marryatville. The marriage was solemnised at St. Peter's College Chapel by the Rev. P. P. McLaren, and the bride was given away by her father. With her powder-blue tailored chiffon dress made on simple lines, with short sleeve, the bride wore a small blue felt hat and carried a bouquet of waterlilley. Bridesmaid in Dusky Pink SHE was attended by Dr. Patricia Richardson as bridesmaid, who wore a dusky pink dress in tailored style and a brown hat and accessories. Her bouquet was of autumn-toned flowers. Mr. Henry Irving was best man. After the ceremony relatives and a few intimate friends were entertained at the South Australian Hotel. The bride's mother was gowned in navy georgette, with which she wore a navy hat. She carried an autumn toned posy. Mauve floral ninon was worn by the bridegroom's mother, with a black hat trimmned with small mauve feathers. She carried a bouquet of pink and mauve flowers. For her travelling dress the bride chose pale honey colored silk, to be worn with a short coat and a navy felt hat.
