Daniel Bilney, sen., and Daniel Bilney, jun., were summoned to show come why they should not contribute to the support of Ann Bilney, the mother and grandmother of the the respective defendants. The case was adjourned.

Tuesday, May 18. (Before- Messrs. R. C. Clarke and G. Woods. Daniel Bilney, sen., and Daniel Bilney, jun., were summoned by E. Dix to show cause why they should not contribute towards the maintenance of Ann Bilney. Mr. E. J. Tucker appeared for tho defendants, and the information was dismissed.

A FRACTURED THIGH.
Kangarilla. Mav 17.
While Mr. Daniel Bilney, of Kangarilla, who is 89 years of age, and resides with his son-in-law (Mr. Shannon), was digging in the garden recently, he was seized with cramp, which caused him to fall and fracture his thigh. Dr. A. C. Wilton, of Clarendon, who attended him, ordered his removal to the Adelaide Hospital.
