NOTICE is hereby given that the PARTNER SHIP hitherto existing between the under signed, trading under the style or firm of McDONOUGH and MORGAN at 13 Gawler place, Adelaide, as Manufacturers' Agents, has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent and tbe Business will in future be carried on by John Herbert Morgan in bis own name, to whom all Debts due to the firm must be paid, and to whom all Liabilities of the firm will be Liquidated.
