Tax Offences Described as a barman and vocalist, Bruce George Morgan, of Barnes avenue, Magill, was fined £5, with 10/ costs, for having failed to furnish an income tax return for 1948. He was further fined £3, with 10/ costs, for a similar Offence last year.
