Alleged Assault,
BROTHERS AT LAW.
Before Mr. L.L. Crockett, R.M., in the Bunbury Police Court yester day, John McKinnon was presented on two charges of having at Roelands assaulted his brother Malcolm Campbell McKinnon, and of having pointed a fire arm at him. Mr. F.D. Slee appeared for the complainant and Mr. C.E. Jenour for the accused. The proceedings were adjourned until Monday next to enable the production of certain evidence and the accused was bound over to be of good behaviour until the resumption of the case.
