Death Notice:
LEANE, Wilfred Hector (Bill). -- Passed away on June 12 at Lealholme. Loved and loving husband of Joyce (deceased), father, father-in-law and friend of Peter and Christine, Jenny and Barry, Geoffrey and Ereka, grandpa of seven and great-grandpa of seven. Aged 93. Special thanks to the staff of Lealholme for their love, care and support of Bill and the family. Loved father and father-in-law of Jenny and Barry Scarman. Grandpa of David and Kerrie, Lea and Michael and Bernadette. Great-grandpa of Rachael, Natalie and Gracie, Clare and Emily. Reunited with Mum. Now at peace. Will be sadly missed. Loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Christine. Loved Grandpa Bill to Matthew, Joshua and Elle. Great-grandpa to Josh and Shane. Sadly missed.

Funeral Notice:
LEANE. --THE RELATIVES and FRIENDS of the late WILFRED HECTOR (Bill) LEANE are advised that his funeral service will leave the St. Peter Paul Anglican Church, Port Pirie, on Friday, June 15 after a service commencing at 10.30 am for the Port Pirie Cemetery. WEDDING Ceremony At St. Paul's Last Night ST. Paul's Church was profusely decorated with flowers last evening at the celebration of the marriage of Wilfred-Hector Leane, younger son of Mrs. E. E. Leane and the late Mr. F. Leane, of Risdon Park, to Joyce Lily Cottell, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. G. Cottell, Risdon Park. The ceremony was performed by Rev. G. W. Scholefield. The artistic floral decorations were the work of Mesdames E. Stevens, J. Leane, A.H. Rieschiek, and Miss D. Rieschiek. The bride looked radiant as she slowly advanced up the aisle on the arm of her father. She wore a beautiful sheath gown of ivory Chantilly lace over taffeta, with long sleeves. The heart shaped neckline was finished with three diamente clips and a spray of orange blossom. The flared skirt merged into a long train, which was edged with a tiny tulle frill. She wore a three-tiered veil of tulle, surmounted by a topknot of hyacinths, and carried a shower bouquet of white water lilies, roses, and pale, pink carnations, with trails of tuberoses, watsonias, and sweetpeas.
