The cyclist was named by the car driver as a third party in the action. The cyclist, Ferenc Ugody, gardener, of Clarke street, Wayville, sought £123 from James Darrell Penhale, clerk, of Pulsford road, Prospect, alleging that by his negligence his car had collided with the motor cycle. The accident occurred on the night of December 14 last year, at Rundle street, Kent Town. Ugody submitted that he had suffered rib and other injuries. Denying negligence, Penhale alleged that Ugody was responsible for the collision. The pillion passenger, Lois Ruth Barlow, clerk, of Myall avenue, Erindale, sued Penhale for £77 and blamed him solely for the accident. She alleged that she had been severely bruised through the collision, and had suffered pain. The third party contested the action. Part heard, and adjourned until today. Mr. J. M.
