1919 SA Marriage record and marriage certificate both state Queenie was 27y, which means she was born abt 1892. Queenie's marriage certificate also records her born at Nantawarra S.A, and her occupation Dental Nurse.
(Whether Queenie's birth was 1888 or 1892, it is possible that she was born at Nantawarra as her marriage certificate states; her mother, Isabella Moyse (nee Ryder), was visiting her sister, Eliza Smillie Hocking (nee Ryder), who lived at Nantawarra during those years.)
The Mail Saturday 3 January 1920 CHEER-UP HUT NEWS. Miss Queenie Moyse, a Saturday night Cheer-Up worker, was married at St. Luke's, Saturday, December 27, and of course a large number of Cheer-Up girls were present. After the ceremony Mrs. Munton invited the Saturday girls to her home, ''Hulme," Hyde Park, to spend the day. After tea, Mr. Munton, on behalf of Mrs. Munton, presented each girl with a large photo. group of the Saturday night helpers. In presenting them Mr. Munton expressed the pleasure his wife experienced in giving them a memento of the happy time they had spent together at the Cheer Up Hut. . . .
