Brighton Woman 90 Today
Mrs Mary Sophia Tilbrook, of Margate street, Brighton, will celebrate her 90th birthday to day. Mrs. Tilbrook, who was born at Kangarilla 10 years after the foundation of the State, has lived in the same house, which was built by her husband, for more than 53 years. She was married in 1866 to Mr. David Tilbrook, who died 13 years ago. Mrs. Tilbrook still enjoys good health. There are seven sons and one daughter, 38 grandchildren and 29 greatgrandchildren.
Members of the family are:- Messrs Silas Tilbrook, of Torrensville; Frederick Tilbrook, of Western Australia, Alfred Edgar Tilbrook, Horace Tilbrook, William David Tilbrook, and Hubert John Tilbrook, of Brighton, Hartley Herbert Tilbrook, of Enfield. and Mrs. A.
